Typical Day

As you’ll see, a typical day on the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program™ is satisfying, full of flavour and variety, and above all, enjoyable!

On the Program, you’ll replace any two meals each day, such as breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner, with one of our tasty shakes or soups. Supplements such as Tony Ferguson's Multivitamin Mineral Complex***, Tony Ferguson Fibre** and Tony Ferguson's Chromium Plus*** are recommended to ensure you’re getting absolutely everything you need.

For dinner, enjoy vegetables with a meat or meat alternative serve (your protein serve) such as lean steak, chicken breast or one of the mouth-watering meals from the Tony Ferguson Cook Book 1 or our online recipes.

Breakfast

  • 1 Tony Ferguson Shake or Soup#
  • 2 Teaspoons of Tony Ferguson Fibre**

Mid-morning

  • 1 Serve of fresh fruit*
  • 1 Tony Ferguson Multivitamin Mineral Complex tablet***

Lunch

  • 1 Tony Ferguson Shake or Soup
  • Vegetables from our vegetable lists made into a fresh salad or soup, baked, grilled or steamed*

Mid-afternoon

  • 1 Serve of fresh fruit*

Dinner

  • 1 x Palm-sized piece of meat or meat alternative (protein serve)*
  • Vegetables from our vegetable lists made into a fresh salad or soup, baked, grilled or steamed*

  • Unlimited Tony Ferguson Diet Jelly
