Olive Yoghurt Dip

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 125g Low fat plain natural yoghurt
  • ¼ Cup low fat ricotta cheese
  • 10-12 Chopped green olives
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • Assorted vegetable sticks to serve

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Serve cold with assorted vegetable sticks

Tip

  • One serve provides ½ a treat and ½ a fat serve
  • You may add 8-10 raw cashews to the first step if desired. This will make this recipe have 1 fat and ½ a treat serve per serving .
