Olive Yoghurt Dip
(Serves 2)
Ingredients
125g Low fat plain natural yoghurt
¼ Cup low fat ricotta cheese
10-12 Chopped green olives
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Assorted vegetable sticks to serve
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and process until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve cold with assorted vegetable sticks
Tip
One serve provides ½ a treat and ½ a fat serve
You may add 8-10 raw cashews to the first step if desired. This will make this recipe have 1 fat and ½ a treat serve per serving .
