Getting Started FAQs

I'm ready to lose weight, but what costs are involved with the Program?

If you choose to join in person at one of the our centres there is a once-only membership fee of R100 including VAT which gives you access to full support while on the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program™, including:

  • Your consultation by a trained consultant.
  • Access to Dis-Chem Pharmacies® for guidance and friendly advice.
  • Regular progress weigh-ins at any of our Centres.
  • Access to a friendly Tony Ferguson consultant who will be able to help keep you on track and answer any questions you may have about the Program or Tony Ferguson products.

When you join the Program, your consultant will go through the Program with you, explaining it, answering all your questions and providing further information. They will also take your measurements and help you determine a goal you would like to reach. Then they will help you choose your shake and soup flavours, other products and provide your Tony Ferguson Weightloss Book to purchase. Each week or fortnight you may come in for a weigh-in as well as to ask any questions and get your next supply of shakes and soups.

Please visit your nearest selected Dis-Chem Pharmacies® for current product prices.
