Custard, Jelly & Fruit

(Serves 1)

Method

  1. Obtain a small serving bowl and add the shake and fibre, then combine well.
  2. Gradually add the water mixing as you go along to combine well. First try gradually adding 100ml of water and if mixture is too thick, add another 50ml to make a custard. 
  3. Once the custard is ready, to it add spoonfuls of your set diet jelly.
  4. Add the grapes and serve immediately.

This recipes uses one shake and one fruit serve.

Suggestions

  • This is great for those who would like to have a something sweet. Have a large serving of vegetables and then have this as a dessert!
  • Try experimenting with different flavoured shakes, different fruits and jelly e.g. a chocolate shake with chopped orange and strawberry jelly or caramel shake with chopped prunes and port wine diet jelly. The combinations are endless!
