Port Wine Creamy Mango Delight
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 Sachet of Tony Ferguson Diet Jelly port wine flavour
- 2 Tablespoons of low fat ricotta cheese
- 1 Small mango, cut into chunks
Method
- In a large glass bowl or serving dish, make the diet jelly according to directions on the back and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Once the diet jelly has set, in a blender, add half of the mango chunks and ricotta then blend until a smooth consistency.
- To the set diet jelly, evenly layer the blended mango mix and then add the left over mango chunks on top.
- Serve cold as a great dessert idea!
Tips
- A great dessert idea that the whole family will love!
- You may use different flavoured diet jellies such as raspberry, strawberry and lime!
- Alternatively you may use a serve of berries instead of mango.
- We suggest you limit having this recipe to a max of 2-3 times per week due to the added ricotta cheese.
